At the moment we’re looking for two kinds of freelancer in particular:
Intermediate Interactive Designer Level - Flash animation and Action Script, (PHP and AS2 preferably). The ability to be both creative and technical. You need at least two years professional full time experience with Studio 8 and CS2. Experience in large and small site build, virals, microsites and games. An understanding of seeing an idea through from conception to creative and technical execution.
Intermediate Developer – We’re looking for energetic freelance web developers with 2+ years commercial experience developing hands on for the Internet market place. Excellent C#, ASP .Net and SQL are essential.
